A level stand which has not been cleared of mostly non indigenous timber. The erf stands above Pieter Joubert Street which is just off Louis Botha Ave. being a tarred main feed road through Palm Beach. A dry stand and good to build on. A year round temperate climate, and a settled community. An area with lots of open space, and some neighbours. If you like a natural surrounding and proximity to the sea, then Palm Beach would be just the place for you.
