Wakefields Real Estate in Scottburgh has moved office, but we haven't gone far. You'll love our new office as much as we do.

But still, we enjoy the group energy in the office, and we know when you visit our new home, you will too. Headed up by Simon Lee, our office has been a hive of activity since the easing of lockdown. Our six property consultants all live, work and play on the South Coast, and have long been the property professionals of choice, from Hibberdene to Umkomaas, all the way to Umzinto and as far as Ixopo. We have a great vibrant mix of younger interns and new recruits, together with our highly experienced sales brokers, all of whom know Scottburgh like the back of their hands. This match of youth and energy with years of experience means if you're buying or selling, you'll be getting the best of all worlds. Our sales figures say it all.
Contrary to everybody's economic predictions, our team really had impressive figures this year! Just prior to lockdown, they recorded a record month for new sales in March 2020...and then beat that record with another one in August 2020!
We may have mastered the digital space when it comes to superior on-line presentation of properties, but Wakefields has always been about building relationships...and that hasn't and won't change.
