WAKEFIELDS' BLUFF OFFICE BOOMING
Category Residential Property News
What's happening at the Bluff? The Wakefields team signed up a substantial 19 property sales in October.
Kay Bruneau, manager of Wakefields' Bluff office, puts this success firmly at the feet of her professional sales agents: "Sales like this happen when good, well-priced properties are handled by a vibrant team determined to match the right property to the right client. Nearly 70 percent of those properties were our sole mandates, which always makes a significant difference."
Bruneau also gave a giant thumbs-up to the great teamwork between themselves and bond originators, ooba: "When clients are pre-approved for bonds, everything is that much easier, transactions move that much faster, and everybody involved has an advantage! Bonds are granted within days."
Bruneau says that this number and quality of sales is always the result of hard, background work: "We've drawn new agents into our Wakefields Bluff office in the past six months, and as always with fresh energy, comes a great sense of purpose and teamwork! Even our new letting agent, Chanel Elkington, has, in the two months of being with us, secured top spot in the entire company!"
With the average house price at around R1,3m, and a total turnover of R26m for October, Wakefields' Bluff office is a hive of activity. As Bruneau says, "There's been a great deal of movement in Bluff property, and we're finding there are ready, willing and able buyers for great, well-priced properties."
