Zinkwazi Beach is a charming coastal village which lies on the Dolphin Coast just 80km north of Durban and 96knm south of Richards Bay. Zinkwazi (Zulu for 'fish eagle') is an unspoiled haven and is home to a nature conservancy with a rare combination of indigenous forest, teeming with birdlife, and undulating golden beaches. Zinkwazi is well known for its 7km unexploited lagoon which is an estuary into the Zinkwazi River. The King Shaka International Airport is a 25 minute drive away and Zinkwazi is also centrally located to an abundance of golf course. Nearby tourist attractions include the Zululand game reserves and the historical Anglo-Zulu battlefields.
