Dear Violet. At last we are settling into our new home, and now have a chance to formally express our thanks for the assistance you gave us in selling our property at Chaceley Estate. From the moment that we met you as part of the assessment team that came to our house to give us a valuation and advice on what to market the property at, we liked your unassuming presence. You looked carefully at the unit and its garden, and listened to our comments regarding the home that we had built there over the past 14 years or so, and we believe that it was this that you ultimately took to your target client as a back-story to warm her to an offer. Clearly you knew the prospective purchaser's requirements, and matched them to Chaceley and our unit as being the right fit for her - and it certainly was, as her almost immediate offer proved. You coached her well, and the comfort that you instilled in her was wonderful to watch, and you made her believe right then that she was in her new home. The professionalism that you displayed in following through on your word that you would have the offer formalised immediately, was evidenced by the fact that, despite it being after hours, you had your management team assist you in crossing the T's and dotting the I's , and returned with the signed offer - an offer that was very close to asking price, and easy for us to accept. Over the days and weeks that followed, your follow-up calls to keep us informed of the progress of the sale to transfer were very welcome, and signs of a true professional, and a salesperson who cares for her clients. Your presence at the handover was also a bonus, as it meant that we could leave knowing that all was well, and that we had not forgotten anything for the new owner. Once again - a big thank you, Violet...... May you continue to grow within your field, and we feel sure that if you show the same enthusiasm and levels of care for your client s as you did for us, you will place many families in their dream homes in the future.
